Some of these storms can be scary and mesmerizing to watch, but most very severe storms only last less than 10 or 15 minutes because such power can’t be distributed so evenly across a large area, and the winds are usually strong so the storm moves fast. Milder storms tend to last a few hours because they aren’t that powerful and the power can scatter.

Really love this video! Not everyone in America gets these storms. I'm from Seattle and our rain is typically just a grey drizzle, like in the UK. So, whenever I travel in the Plains or Tornado Alley, I'm always amazed. I mean, we get weather; they get W-E-A-T-H-E-R. Ha!

Hi John so sorry to hear about your mum. It’s been 27 years since my mum passed, she died suddenly without warning and left my Dad who found it incredibly hard to get through, so I would say try and be there for him. He will need you and you will need him. Grief is different for everyone, everyone has a unique way of dealing with it so just do what you need to do to get through. In time all the best memories of your mum will prevail and will become your lasting memory of her. Be kind to yourself and to your dad. Take it easy. Best wishes.

I think my favourite asinine Abbott quote is “I suppose that some people would judge that on balance Mao did more good than harm.” Mao's death toll is estimated at 40-80 million, Can you imagine any mainstream politician saying that Hitler did more harm than good? It wouldn't happen. I'm not even going to go into her comedy innumeracy in her LBC interview on policing. Good points and well put. I think I’ve learned that truth is subjective, that it is governed by our own personal experience of the reality we live directly. That once it is diluted by someone else telling you what it is, by tv or government or organisations with vested interests and ulterior motives, then you open yourself up to being potentially lied to. The daily death count was a device that was used so well to bring a that reality into people’s homes every day. But pandemic or not huge numbers of people die everyday and we don’t get a count normally. Suddenly whether falsified or not, using the died within 28 days terminology, we had death thrust onto our screens. Now it’s gone, but people still die. Like you say, in war, of disease etc. what about the excess deaths now. We know they are increased over the last few years but no one wants to know. Especially the media. Makes you wonder why? If the last few years have taught us anything it should be to be wary of those who would want to manipulate us. To think and question everything.

I hate the sound in thunderstorms, but I love the strikes. I already have trouble sleeping, so thunderstorms at night is the worst for me. I stay up like a night guard, with headphones pushed onto my ears. I like watching these videos, as I like looking at all the intense strike nature shows.

I believe Jesus was in the temple not saying we should get rid of money, I think it was a protest about money lending and the charging of interest not money itself! We need a medium of exchange because not everyone has the ability to produce goods. In Islamic law it is against the law to lend money and gain something from it. Money can be lent but no interest can be charged. I believe at some point they will have no choice but to introduce a digital currency and thinking on this subject for many many hours I believe it will be a good thing. However saying that we must change who issues that currency and it cannot be the current issuer of money. You simply cannot be an arsonists one minute and a fire fighter the next. Central banks and the bank of international settlements ( central bank for central banks) are the reason we are where we are. They therefore cannot be in charge of a new system of money. They burn the house down now they want us to believe they are hero's.

I think the Judicial System needs to change. For example, what if the person has already rehabilitated themselves, and they are essentially a good person now? Especially if they might have had a substance abuse problem at the time of the crimes. Also the number of years that have passed, I think should also be taken into consideration, when the length of sentencing is determined.

I don't believe he is guilty. ( at this moment in time ). I think we live in a dangerous world were people can 'expose' someone without Police investigation. I find it bizzare that the women approached the Media and not the police. He always seemed open about his past, drugs, sex addiction, alcoholism pretty much everything. Inflation is the effect of money printing. Money printing is the only cause of inflation! interest rates go up to cool a over heating economy or that's what we are told and is infact the tools used by central banks to cool an economy during normal economic conditions. However we are not in normal economic conditions after bailing out banks in 2008, 0% interest rates for 12 year enabling debt to ballon plus covid borrowing has lead to endless amounts of money printing. Uk national debt not linked to inflation is 1.5 trillion and 500 billion in covid borrowing that is linked to inflation. So as inflation rises and the value of the money in your pocket falls ie your purchasing power is declining ! Which means you have to spend more for same goods and services and HMRC takes in more money in tax receipts paying down the debt quicker. Governments only pay back the principle so if they borrow £1 they pay back £1 Unfortunately for mortgage holders your debt is linked to inflation and therefore goes up in line with it which isn't fair at all and I do feel for anyone who could be taken to court and forced out of their home. One thing about your house is it can't be taken away from you they could try but there is something In contract law that says a contract is only valid if consideration was give. Consideration in legal terms means both sides agree to give something of equal value. When you sign for your bank loan to buy a house you agree to give up the fruits of your labour which has value, in return the bank will lend you the money to buy the house. But the problem is, money has no value. Faith and confidence is what gives money value therefore if a bank gave you nothing then nothing is owed back. Its one sided and if challenged in court the bank would rather walk away than let the cat out the bag. Money printing is creating money out of thin air! How the economy works is child's play and anyone can understand it, the problem is main stream media constantly keep us distracted and looking the other way so not to discover the truth. That we are all being robbed blind. Anyway mate I'm going to subscribe because I'm going for an ehcp and it's been a nightmare but knowing the law and not being afraid to use it against them helps.

There was a period 3 4 years ago when we were getting storms like this with constant cloud flashing, not a great deal of rain and once even in sheffield the storm passed through, no thunder no rain just a flashing sky constantly and it was gone within 40 minutes, really strange

The Eastbourne thunderstorm as I know it as! Simply because of the amount of lightning it produced over such a short space of time! I was lucky enough to watch this from beachy head and I'm a trained storm spotter and for around 30-40 mins this produced astonishing lightning rates for uk standards! I also saw one of the closest strikes I've ever seen from inside my car,was only around 150ft away and struck one of the metal gates in the car park! The strike in your footage around 5:30 is a positive cloud to ground lightning strike and was very close indeed! Great footage of one of the best storms I've seen,at one point the lightning was up there with the 2017 Sussex storm which is by far the best I've ever seen! Thanks for sharing 👍.
